What is ARA-290?
ARA-290, also called cibinetide, is a synthetic peptide consisting of eleven amino acids, designed from the structure of erythropoietin (EPO). It was developed to investigate tissue-protective signalling pathways without stimulating red blood cell production in the way EPO does.
